Location: Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa Be thoroughly familiar with all standard of proper service etiquette and will adhere to these standards throughout our guests' dining experience. Assist servers with general service; assist with removal of completed courses from the table. Provide water service, after guest have been seated, and replenish throughout service. Set up and stock service stations in kitchen and dining room and restock stations throughout service. Clear and reset dirty tables as quickly and quietly as possible after guests depart.

Work within the framework of the Food and Beverage service team. Assist servers in providing guests with a fine dining experience in a personable, courteous and professional manner while caring enough to do it well by adhering to the Sanctuary Commitments.
Break down bus trays at dishwashing station; assist dishwashers when needed. Perform post service duties in kitchen and dining room in a generally expedient manner. Know table and position numbers, and be able to fulfill role as food runner as dictated by the schedule. Assist servers to ensure that all tables in dining room are set to standards. Work together with other server assistants to ensure optimum efficiency. Attend all scheduled staff meetings and supplemental training sessions. Be familiar with emergency safety measures. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that enables getting along with guests, vendors, co-workers, and management. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager and/or the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Skills / Requirements
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY: Must be extremely organized; able to expedite multiple orders completely and correctly and detailed orientated. Previous food and beverage experience preferred. Current Food Handler's Card. Ability to service a twelve-table station without assistance during typical service demand. Strong working knowledge of the micros ordering system and other check processing procedures for dining room service. Good communication essential. Relay guest complaints and comments to supervisor. Must be motivated and a self starter. Take the initiative to identify and undertake projects during slow periods. Ability to lift moderate weights and remain on feet for prolonged period of time. Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather when necessary. Ability to carry loaded trays on slippery surfaces. Ability to handle hot plates and equipment. Pleasant personality to effectively deal with guests; questions and service, and to contribute to the overall atmosphere of teamwork with fellow employees. Strong attention to detail a must. Ability to listen effectively, to speak and write English clearly. Has a sincere desire to provide the utmost in guest service.
