Location: Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa Be familiar with all standards of proper service etiquette and adhere to these standards throughout our guests dining experience. Offer misting service, towels and ice water to guests. Greet guest and take beverage order. Service items from a limited menu. Know all menu items including ingredients, preparation, required condiments and specific service. Knowledgeable of all liquor laws as well as company and departmental policies regarding consumption of alcoholic beverages. Know all spirited beverages available including ingredients, garnish and specific service. Responsible and accountable for all unsigned guest checks and report these to the manager. Complete requisition for all required paper goods, beverage supplies and perishable items. Prepare drinks and garnish to standard recipes. Ensure pool tables and chairs are clean and orderly. Maintain cleanliness of these tables and chairs throughout the service period. Pick up litter around service and guest area when necessary. After guests have departed, remove dirty dishware, wipe and reset table. Check side duty list for opening and closing procedures. Be familiar with emergency safety measures. Determine gratuity distribution according to set department standards. Attend all scheduled staff meetings and supplemental training sessions. Obtain completed check from micros, present to the guest and finalize the check in system according to method of settlement. Professionally service guests' poolside without assistance during typical service demand. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that enables getting along with guests, vendors, co-workers, and management. Perform additional duties as requested by the Pool Manager.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY: Food and beverage experience preferred. Current Food Handler's Card. Ability to lift moderate weights and remain on feet for a prolonged period of time. Ability to carry food and beverages up and down stairs safely and professionally. A sincere desire to provide the utmost in guest service. Neat appearance. Solid interpersonal and communication skills Pleasant personality to effectively deal with guest questions and service, and to contribute to the overall atmosphere of teamwork with fellow employees. Strong attention to detail a must. Ability to listen effectively, to speak and write English clearly.
UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS: Company will provide uniform. Employee responsible for keeping uniform neat and clean. Must adhere to appearance code guidelines as set forth in the Employee Handbook. Employee will provide white sneakers, white socks, and belt. No cell phones. Nametag must be worn at all times. Parking, eating & smoking in designated employee areas only. One meal per shift is provided through the employee cafeteria only.
